      DESIGN ONLINE

      Choose a base model & you’ll be away. You can customise your board from the specs to the glassing. The final touch will be your custom id - your opportunity to make the board truly yours.

      TALK TO A SHAPER

      Unsure about what you need or dimensions to suit your body and surfing ability? Book in a consultation with a shaper

      CUT & SHAPE

      The blank is cut with our APS or Aku machine using Shape 3D software. The cut blank will then be hand shaped to your custom specs by a shaper

      GLASSING LAMINATE

      The board is placed on a glassing rack and the cloth is rolled and cut. Decals are positioned, the cloth is rolled, the resin is poured, squeegeed, and left to dry. This process is repeated on the other side.

      SANDED

      Sanding starts with a coarse grit paper and moves through 4 different levels to achieve a soft, smooth finish. The board is then given to the finish sander who inspects the board and does any minor adjustments.

      DELIVERED TO YOU

      The board is carefully bubble wrapped and boxed ready for delivery. We ship nationwide. For more info check our shipping FAQ’s.
