Product Description

The AQSS Devocean combines traditional design elements with a more progressive and refined shape for an overall superior mid-length.

The new outline whilst still suitable for beginners has been designed to meet the demands of more experienced and advanced surfers. This feature packed model includes a wood tail block, adjustable centre fin box and rounded pin tail that is sure to get die-hard surfers excited.

The board performs incredibly well in a diverse range of surf and can be tailored to suit surf conditions by altering the 2+1 fin configuration. The Devocean paddles exceedingly well with the extra volume under the chest area which will see you out in the water for longer and catching virtually any wave.

The Devocean comes with a classic resin tint, double glassed deck and forgiving concave to increase performance through the tail section. The rounded pin has loosened the board up, creating more lift through turns which will progress your surfing to the next level.

If you are wanting a versatile wave catching machine then look no further then the AQSS Devocean mid-length.

Best suited for Beginners to Experienced users who want a progressive mid-length with great paddle power

Pretty impressed with the quality and service

  3. Just Received -Looks Great

Posted by Ron Fox on 13th May 2019

Just received the 8ft version. It looks so good that I said to my partner that I
don't want to wax it, I would rather hang it on the wall. It has a great high gloss finish with a brown hessian inlay that looks stunning. I have not tried it in surf-able conditions so I can not comment on its performance other than to say it paddles well. I will provide an update when I am able to get a reasonable surf at Maroubra. And the customer service at SBW is outstanding.

  5. Totally Devoceaned!

I love this board. This is my 2nd Devocean, and the 4th board I've bought through SW. Great board, great service.

  6. Great service and product

This is the second board I've bought from SW, and I can't rate the advice, delivery and board itself highly enough. The 8 foot minimal paddles and turns well, and is quite forgiving. I'm 6 foot, 80 kg, intermediate surfer, and loving it!

    I'm not a pro but overall i think it's a good board.

  8. Value for money

Posted by Tony on 3rd May 2017

Had my first surf on this board last weekend. It's a great mini mal. It has a really nice shape and rails. Also not too thick. Great to ride and super responsive. And it's very good quality for the money.

  9. Great value mini mal

Got an 8 footer. Board arrive really quick and in good condition. A tad heavy but nice solid construction. Paddles well and catches waves easily once you get it up to speed. Bit of a log in the really small stuff (1 foot) but lots of fun in 2 - 3 foot summer slop. Rides over flat spots easily and generates speed when you need it. Would be epic on a nice long point break.
