PRODUCT CARE MANUAL
This manual is designed to give you further understanding of the guidelines, limitations and intended use of our products whilst clearly identifying what falls outside the responsibilities of The Surfboard Warehouse.
Surfing and the environment place huge demands on equipment; even small waves can create sufficient hydraulic pressure to damage a board. The Surfboard Warehouse does not warrant against damage or breakage or offer a warranty against circumstances outside of our control.
The vast majority of claims on products are found to be, not faulty. All boards that come with a warranty are guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defects or faults and for a large percentage of claims it is evident that the fault/s have occurred due to consumer error.
Warranty will not apply for products used in a commercial, rental or teaching environment. In addition to products exposed to circumstances outside of our control which include but are not limited to; UV damage, heat damage, excessive force, snaps, creases, impacts sustained from rocks, reef, the force of waves or body parts, improper care, alterations, misuse, abuse, unauthorised repairs, general wear and tear, cosmetic flaws that do not affect the functionality or performance of the product or damages caused by consumer negligence and or a failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
The Surfboard Warehouse makes every effort to produce boards to the highest quality and standards in the industry. Our research, development and product procurement team complete stringent audits to ensure each product meets our manufacturing guidelines. However, due to the nature of surfing if the engineered strength of a product is exceeded, it will not be covered under warranty.

Warranty Claim Form
The surfboard Warehouse offers a manufacturer's warranty on all products sold. The warranty covers material and workmanship defects and will only be offered to the original purchaser. To make a warranty claim please fill out the form below. One of our customer service staff members will assess the claim and get in contact with you. Do NOT return products to The Surfboard Warehouse until your claim has been approved or you have been advised to do so by our customer service team.
