Laybuy Terms & Conditions:

Minimum value – Laybuy is available on purchases of $200 or more.

Deposit – Each new Laybuy requires a minimum 20% deposit, 

Exclusions – not available on garage sale items

Term – Standard Laybuy is available on a 90 day term and must be paid in full and collected within the 90 day term

Payments – Minimum fortnightly payments of $5 are required. All payments and Laybuy finalisation must be done at the store the Laybuy was created in.

Payment Methods - Permitted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, debit cards displaying a Visa or Mastercard logo. Accepted gift cards and cash can also be used for in store Laybuy (please note if using gift cards these can only be refunded into store vouchers not cash)

Cancellation – If you cancel your Laybuy, fail to make payments when they are due, or fail to collect the item by the due date we will refund you all amounts paid, minus a cancellation fee of $20. 

No Modification – Laybuy orders cannot be modified. 

Collection – The Laybuy must be paid in full before goods can be taken. 

Identification – Photo identification is required in-store when collecting your Laybuy order, changing contact details, requesting a replacement Laybuy receipt, or canceling your Laybuy.
