Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of products marked as Pre-Order through TSBW (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing a pre-order, you agree to these Terms, our general Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is not yet available for immediate dispatch. The estimated delivery timeframe will be listed on the product page and/or in your order confirmation.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. This secures your item and your place in the shipment queue.

  • Prices include GST and are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3. Estimated Delivery Dates

  • Estimated Shipment dispatch is 18 June 2025, However this may subject to change due to factors beyond our control. 

  • Estimated delivery dates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control (e.g. manufacturing delays, shipping delays).

  • We will keep you informed of any significant changes via email.

4. Order Fulfilment

  • Once the pre-order stock arrives, we will dispatch your item as soon as possible.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is on its way.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund before the item is dispatched.

  • Once the order has been shipped, our standard returns policy applies.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a pre-order at any time and issue a full refund, for example, if the product becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

6. Changes to Pre-Ordered Items

If specifications of the pre-ordered item change significantly before shipment (e.g. size, shape, colour), we will notify you and offer the option to proceed, exchange, or cancel the order.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

These rights apply whether you are buying an in-stock or pre-ordered item.
