Damaged in Transit policy & claim process
Please review our Freight Terms & Conditions. We highly recommend purchasing freight insurance to cover any damaged made in transit.
You need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to make a claim
To make a warranty claim, including damage in transit, please email warranty@tsbw.com.au with the subject line Ordernumber - DIT - Your name and include the following:
- Original invoice or order number
- Description of the issue
- Images of the issue
- Images of the packaging
We will then assess the claim and get in contact with you. Please DO NOT return products to The Surfboard Warehouse until your claim has been approved or you have been advised to do so by our customer service team.
