The Surfboard Warehouse is pleased to offer Free shipping during promotional periods, with the following terms and conditions:
General Shipping Information
- We ship Australia-wide; however, some exclusions and additional charges apply for rural and non-standard delivery areas.
- Free Shipping cannot be used with other discount codes.
- Free Shipping applies to minimum order amount of $99.
Free surfboard shipping applies to standard metro delivery. If the delivery address is rural or freight is calculated as higher at the time of dispatch, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address or discuss a freight surcharge before shipping.
While we aim to honour the free shipping rate wherever possible, shipping costs to certain rural or remote locations can be significantly higher. In these cases:

Freight may be recalculated by the warehouse after the order is placed.

We may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address, or
-
We may request a freight contribution before dispatch.
We prefer this flexible approach rather than excluding postcodes altogether, as it allows customers the option to proceed if they are happy to do so.
Our postcode exclusions are as per below, but are frequently updated as per the limitations of our delivery providers. If for any reason your address cannot be shipped to via our website, or your area is classed as part of our exclusions, our customer service team support@tsbw.com.au are happy to work with you to find a way to get you your board! We reserve the right to change and adapt our shipping exclusions at any time.
Shipping exclusions also apply during free shipping and promotional periods unless stated otherwise.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?
We unfortunately do not ship orders large orders such as bodyboards, surfboards and SUP's to POBOX's. There is no way to exclude POBOX's from shipping addresses at checkout so we will be in touch to ask for a business or residential address for orders. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
